Businesses have begun to pick up on the social media trend. This advertising can be done for little to no cost while reaching people by the thousands. But what good is it to spend money marketing and not follow up on the results? Although many small businesses are catching on to this saving grace of an advertising technique, their tweets, posts, blogs other forms of communication are just becoming shots in the dark.
