Mobile Data Privacy

Just before classes got underway, I participated in a panel discussion at Cumberland Law School about mobile data privacy. My focus was the competing interests of marketing and consumer privacy and the privacy of health information when mobile phones are used to access electronic medical records or used to compile and maintain personal data like exercise, calories consumed, etc.
